Monthly, In-person Childbirth Essentials Group Class

My four-hour Childbirth Essentials group class gives you the basics you need to help you feel as prepared as possible for your unique childbirth experience. Whether you want a hospital or home birth, medicated or unmedicated, I will provide evidence-based information to help in your preparation and real-time decision-making. In all of my classes, I seek to create an atmosphere of comfort, trust, and respect. Childbirth Essentials classes are intimate (no more than 10 people), practical, hands-on, and fun! I seek to create an atmosphere of comfort, trust, and respect, where prospective parents of all types are welcome.
